Responsibilities:
Provide technical service to our clients in support of proprietary software applications on a daily basis. Provide short-term issue resolution and coordinate/schedule the delivery of long-term resolution for each case. Maintain/track/update client issues using a Ticketing software application, providing updated data to Marketing and Software Development teams.
